There are many ways for you to make a difference for wild buffalo. Our wish page is one way to visualize the breadth of Buffalo Field Campaign reach and capacity to support wild buffalo year-round. It’s also a great way to match the interests of our supporters with our day-to-day needs, prayers and wishes.

Frequent Flier Miles
In additon to the items listed below, BFC is in great need of frequent flier miles so we can travel between Montana and Washington, DC to meet with members of Congress and the Executive branch. These trips are crucial to our work to protect the bison and their habitat. Airlines servicing Bozeman include: Delta/Northwest, United, US Airways, and Continental.

* Contributions for vehicle fix-it and upkeep
* 1/2 inch Torque wrench

Kitchen Wish
* Contributions to help purchase bulk food orders

* Your out reach to local farms and businesses you know for food donations

Camp Maintenance Wish
* Contributions for an efficient propane heater (reduce our energy use)

* Two-Way radios; contributions for radio communications upkeep

* Snowshoes, cross country skis, bindings, boots and wax
* 3 pin ski boots: sizes 12-14
* Heavy wool pants: wool pants keep our volunteers warm and dry and volunteers come in all shapes and sizes (check your local Army Navy store)
* Long john Bottoms: Polypropylene/ Capilene / Wool
* Socks: Polypropylene / Capilene / Wool
* Sorrel style winter boots and liners
* Warm hats and gloves (most body heat leaves your head)
Vehicle Wish
* 4-Wheel Drive Vehicles (Subaru or diesel)
* Snowplow for a 4x4 truck (sturdy and tough)
* Vehicle makers: BFC can field test electric vehicles in a harsh climate and mountainous terrain
