| Greetings!
Hopefully, by now - you have received your copy of the
new Buffalo Field Campaign newsletter. We think it is
info packed and would like to hear your feedback. Thanks
to everyone who helped make it happen! If you haven't
found time to read it yet - pull up a comfy chair under
a shady tree and check it out...
Let us know what you think at bfc-media@wildrockies.org
Awhile back - we also let you know about our new and
improved website! http://www.buffalofieldcampaign.org.
We'd love to know what you think of it and also let
you know that there are many wonderful supporter to
supporter gifts & art available when you need a
special gift! Let us know what you think at bfc-web@wildrockies.org!
There's also a link to the new computer printer recycling
cartridge program and we have heard some great comments
about how easy the program is. Free materials sent to
you and all cartridges returned postage paid.
Let us know what you think about this program at bfc-programs@wildrockies.org.
We're preparing for another West Coast Outreach Tour
starting at the end of this month! Here's the schedule
http://www.buffalofieldcampaign.org/aboutus/roadshows2004.html
We hope you can attend a show or farmer's market when
we are in your 'hood and if you have friends in any
of these areas - please let them know about the presentations.
Together we can make a difference! If you have time
to help get the word out in your area please contact
the fine folks who have organized the event in your
area. Any questions about the show should be sent to
mease@wildrockies.org.
Thanks to everyone who is helping work on this!!
(By the way - today is Mike's birthday - so
send him good energy!)
Last but not least - the agency killings of a buffalo
in June and one in July remind us how important our
constant vigil in the field is. BFC is the eyes and
ears of the American public for the last wild buffalo!
( & we pray that August will be death free...) Our
constant grassroots presence makes it imperative that
we can still pay the bills during these quieter summer
months. If you haven't donated recently and can tithe
a donation -I promise, it will be put to good use. You
can give securely online or mail it to us in West Yellowstone.
We are still trying to cover mailing costs for the newsletter
- so if you like it - please consider helping out!
A humble (& huge) thanks to all of you who are always
supportive and work so hard for the last wild free roaming
buffalo! We can't be here without you.
We look forward to hearing from you and have a great
summer!
For the wild,
Su & the BFC crew
