Core content with quotes
Call to Action
Background information
Closing with link to website

Introduction or Summary
The introduction or summary needs to answer the following questions.
Who is involved?
What happened?
When did it happen?
Where did it happen?
Why did it happen?
And a conclusion with a take action.

Graphics
In Canva, there are templates designed by a Catchafire volunteer for press releases. The templates cover Facebook, Instagram, and website banner.

Email
Include the summary from above. Attached the press release as a PDF and a photo of a bison.
Title the PDF and photo (including the name of the photographer) so it's easy for the media to find in their email or on their desktop when needed.
